Their equipment freezes, or stops working when too hot/cold, and they charge so much money. One time a representative told us to unplug the device which is illegal and then they tried saying we would be in trouble for what THEY TOLD US TO DO. The day resulted in missed work due to having to tow the vehicle at our expense and then hours waiting for the work order to be done. Do not use this company. The reps are very rude and unhelpful and frankly disrespectful to people when they call in.
