- NGNicole GarrisonJun 27, 20251.0Intoxalock is terrible. They constantly have lock outs, issues with their equipment, and then force you to pay a fee and information is sent to the state. Their equipment freezes, or stops working when too hot/cold, and they charge so much money. One time a representative told us to unplug the device which is illegal and then they tried saying we would be in trouble for what THEY TOLD US TO DO. The day resulted in missed work due to having to tow the vehicle at our expense and then hours waiting for the work order to be done. Do not use this company. The reps are very rude and unhelpful and frankly disrespectful to people when they call in.

It is also impossible to leave a google review for the company itself you can only leave for the insulation company. That is unfortunate since the insulation companies are independent of Intoxalock. I would not recommend this product
