  Excellent service. Car Battery wasn’t completely dead, so gave me the option of replacing or waiting until I had another problem. Listened to me about the car’s anti theft shut down and suggested the key fob might be problem. The battery in key fob was inky at 40%, so he replaced the battery for me. Will use this store again

  I've been coming here for almost 10 years and this shop has always been great to me. I took my car in shortly after my dad passed away and when they told me their recommendations on what I needed done and I went to call my dad to check. Needless to say, it was a bit of an emotional moment and the staff noticed and was so kind to me and walked through all of their recommendations with honesty (telling me what was dire and what could wait till later) This was years ago and I still think about that kindness which is one of the reasons I still bring my car here to this day (Even though there are closer options to where I currently live) Thank you Goodyear Waldo crew!

  After using this shop for multiple services from shocks, brakes, tires and more. I just can’t recommend this location. It’s consistently been an over promise and under deliver. The latest was ordering 4 tires online and making a reservation 3 days ahead of time. As always I show up a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment. To find out that the tires I selected hadn’t been delivered. I asked for a time frame and was never given an update. About an hour after my scheduled time I was told other service was necessary. I declined the additional service and now another hour has gone by and I’m still staring at my rotors. With nothing on them. No communication. No consideration of others time. Manager even said tires should have been there but no apology for delay. No effort to move service forward with any type of priority. After almost 3 hours I was told they missed to cutoff to order and that nothing will get done today. Will be the absolute last time I contract services with this location and probably Goodyear as a whole.

  Abigail and the general manager did an awesome job with $3,000 of warranty work on my car. They spoke with the warranty company about 10 times over the phone to get preapprovals, so that my out of pocket was just the original tire patch and oil change.
