    Made an appointment yesterday to get a tire repaired. I arrived at appointment on time. After waiting an hour, they said it couldn’t be repaired. Told them to go ahead and replace and still waiting another hour and 15 minutes later. What’s the point of making an appointment? Do people really have to wait 2.5 hours to replace a tire? Seems excessive.

    Michael B. helped me today. He was short-staffed and had lots of jobs to do, but still took the time to put air in my tires. The staff at this store is always so kind and accommodating and this is the reason why I buy my tires here. These people here really care about their customers. I won't go anywhere else.

    Excellent service. Car Battery wasn’t completely dead, so gave me the option of replacing or waiting until I had another problem. Listened to me about the car’s anti theft shut down and suggested the key fob might be problem. The battery in key fob was inky at 40%, so he replaced the battery for me. Will use this store again

    I've been coming here for almost 10 years and this shop has always been great to me. I took my car in shortly after my dad passed away and when they told me their recommendations on what I needed done and I went to call my dad to check. Needless to say, it was a bit of an emotional moment and the staff noticed and was so kind to me and walked through all of their recommendations with honesty (telling me what was dire and what could wait till later) This was years ago and I still think about that kindness which is one of the reasons I still bring my car here to this day (Even though there are closer options to where I currently live) Thank you Goodyear Waldo crew!
