  Got a oil change and they fixed the oil stick. Mike and the crew are good, probably better than Firestone, they looked at me like they were going to mess my car up. Which would be bad for them.

  Great service! I came in for alignment after getting new tires and they did inspection for me and told me I didn’t need an alignment and charged me nothing! Love their honesty and great customer service! Their waiting area has coffee and working stations with WiFi and outlets, and it’s also nice and clean!

  Made an appointment yesterday to get a tire repaired. I arrived at appointment on time. After waiting an hour, they said it couldn’t be repaired. Told them to go ahead and replace and still waiting another hour and 15 minutes later. What’s the point of making an appointment? Do people really have to wait 2.5 hours to replace a tire? Seems excessive.

  Michael B. helped me today. He was short-staffed and had lots of jobs to do, but still took the time to put air in my tires. The staff at this store is always so kind and accommodating and this is the reason why I buy my tires here. These people here really care about their customers. I won't go anywhere else.
