    Well, the hours posted on the door and the website say 6pm. I got off work to a flat tire, went .5 miles down the road to this place since it was open. Tried calling before I came and sat and waited for an "associate" to answer for 10 mins. Arrive at 5:10 to the open sign on and no one there. No sign saying they closed early, shop lights on, office lights off. Extremely sad since I work at QT up the street and probably see every single one serval times a week. Don't worry tho. I went to Kin's Used and New Tire and he's open til 7pm. Got me in and out in the rain in less than 30 mins with a $20 patch. GO THERE INSTEAD OF THIS PLACE

    Successfully booked and received a confirmation of services from this location only to be told they could not do it and I should have called in to confirm these services. I was then told the Wornall location could get it done and I rebooked with them only for them to tell me no a second time. Lost two hours and put a coworker through pick up and drop off gyrations only to be told the services I booked could not be completed. I planned to use them for several years to come, but a $12 State Inspections–a selectable item in their list of services for this location and time as well as the one on Wornall–has given me pause. The auto service is fine, but both the interactions with the office staff and the online system will take me elsewhere.
