After having a traumatic moment with having my hood fly up and crack my windshield, I took my car to Gerber and was greeted by a smiling face. The process was seamless. I was leaving town and needed my car back by a certain time, and Emily and Diane (Main St. location) ensured that happened. Shout out to you ladies and your team!!! Emily kept me updated every step of the way. These ladies even stayed late to make sure my car was delivered timely. I will gladly be a walking advertisement for Gerber and will be sending everyone I know their way because they are as good as it get. The BEST in town.
