  After getting in a small fender bender, my insurance recommended I come here. At first, I dropped off my car and was told it would take roughly one week and $2000 to get it fixed. After two weeks passed without hearing anything, I decided to call the store, and that is when I talked to Kevin. This guy could not give me any answers about anything! He didn't even know if they had started on my car at all, and he was the one in charge of my car's project! He told me he would call me back in two days- which he never did, and instead I kept getting text updates that my car's completion date would be pushed back. After FOUR weeks passed, I decided to tell Kevin I was done talking to him and wanted to talk to the manager. Manager Tim was very efficient, kind, and informative. Without his customer service, this review would be a one star. Finally, I had started getting actual updates on what was going on with my car. He told me he would even cover my deductible for the delay and personally called to give me updates several times. I appreciate him! Overall, the one week and $2000 job turned into a 5.5 week $6000 job. Although my car turned out well, I was extremely frustrated due to the time but I am understanding that things can happen. The actual work was good and got my car back clean which was a relief too! The only thing I can recommend about this place is Tim.

  If I could give one start I would had the run around with being told my vehicle was going to be done back and forth and when I got it back after 1 month the car wont turn on to drive and I cant turn it off an stuck. I have never had a worse experience in my life.

  I had an exceptional experience at Gerber Collision in KCMO. They did a superior job on my car repairs—it looks brand new again. The team Tim, Kevin was highly professional from the start, providing a clear estimate and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they even returned the car cleaner than when I dropped it off. Highly recommend them for anyone needing top-tier body work! Highly recommend

  They did a good job fixing my car BUT once I received my car back my floor mats were missing. I have gone up there and called MANY times. After contacting them over 20 times they say they will replace my floor mats. This incident happened back in March and Its now August and I still have not received my floor mats that they claimed they ordered. I gave up contacting them after 3 months… Also they sucked at updating the car process pick up date. It would say one day and once that day comes it will still show that day but not be ready it would still be weeks wait after ever new pick up date. I called off of work 3 times to pick up the car and the car was not ready when they said it would be. Updating pick up date in the morning and not later in that afternoon would have been more convenient.
