The night crew, especially Frankie, was very sweet, and her team is a wonderful crew — truly one of the best night crews I’ve dealt with. In the morning, I went to take a shower around 8 a.m. The shower attendant, a man with a gray beard, was outside the shower saying curse words or expletives that I believe were directed at me for taking about 45 minutes. I have medical issues, and it takes me longer to shower than most drivers. At first, I planned to leave five stars, then considered lowering it to four. But after I called and spoke with Melissa, the manager, about what happened — including the dirty look and rude behavior from the attendant — she was very sympathetic and professional. She said she would coach him and make sure he understood that not all drivers are in perfect shape. After our conversation, I decided to switch my review back to five stars because of how well she handled the situation.
