  HAD MY INSPECTION DONE ON 10/31, TOLD ME I NEEDED TO GET A FEW THINGS DONE IN ORDER TO PASS MY INSPECTION. GOT IT DONE CAME BACK A WEEK LATER FOR A FREE REINSPECTION ,GOT IT PASSED, GOT MY CAR REGISTERED. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEE'S WERE AWESOME 👌 👏 👍 😍 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

  Didn't really care for the manager that assisted us. His communication seemed short to the point but disrespectful all at the same time. For instance I talk to him about having had an estimate for Mitsubishi and telling him if we don't plan to get any work done it seems pointless to get another estimate. He then told me they weren't Mitsubishi so they would have to check for themselves or I would have to have Mitsubishi do the work since they'd done an inspection. It felt like he didn't want our service but than like he could careless what we're talking about we can help you or go there. And when he was done he reiderated that same response. I felt punked into service, and disrespected by the manager. Even the employee did a better job handling me.

  I dropped my Classic Truck at 1000 hours for an Oil Change and Tire Balance and Rotation. Threre is a sign in the office that reads: "TRUST" "HONESTY" "RESPECT". I picked up my truck at 2:30 pm; NOTHING WAS DONE!! I asked for someone to explain why my request was not completed. The only response I received was "We are sorry!" It a known fact that incompetence and ignorance is not taught, the response given is associated to being born with it. Response is unacceptable!!

  I got an 8am appointment to get my truck inspected. I got there at 8am for the inspection and an employee mumbled something about a guy got an appointment on line and would be ahead of me??? I had to wait until 8:40 to get inspected and the inspection took until 10:40. They flunked the windshield wipers but were more than happy to charge me $52 for new ones. I declined and put new wipers on myself. I drove up the following week on a Tuesday and they told me they had no one that could sign off on the inspection. I have now returned (after calling first and them telling me they could take care of me) I get there an hour after calling and the guy tells me he doesn't know if they can get to me. I tell them it's just to look at my new wipers. He then says he can do it. I've now been waiting an hour for them to do a 30 second job. After the hour wait I finally get my truck in a bay and think im almost done. Oh no. They tell me it's still going to be a while and wait in their dinky waiting room. Its now been over 90 minutes for the 30 second job. Ridiculous

  Very honest and trustworthy and would choose them over valvoline any day (they nearly blew my engine a few years ago by not properly sealing the reservoir and haven’t been back since). If you want a quick oil change with knowledgeable staff, this is the place to go! Always check online for coupons as well :) I really enjoyed my experience today talking with the staff and having my service done there.
