Come today 12/20 I bring everything required for the rental only to be turned away because apparently you can’t use debit cards for 1 way rentals. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional as there is no where on the website or in any policies or anywhere stating this. I made sure I had everything I needed and confirmed with the location before I came in. And the guy at the counter didn’t know anything. Could not even point out where in their policies it says that. So skip this location at least as they are clearly making up rules as they go. If someone can show me in any of the rental agreements or policies where it says no debit cards I will gladly have a talk.
