Even though I’ve been able to rent cars with debit cards from other enterprise locations. I’m annoyed that no solutions were looked for or interested in - a complete disregard of the customer. There is enough competition in town that I don’t have to put up with it, it’s just really inconvenient and disappointing when I’ve built up a lot of trust with Enterprise over the years. And now it’s gone for what? Not a legal policy they have to comply with, or even a franchise policy that the branch can’t change - but just some guy that didn’t read his own policy and gives me disrespect when respectfully challenged.
