However, the last 4 times with Enterprise have been flawless. I think most of the issues are more airport related because every rental car company has an issue here. Enterprise is my go to company no matter what state I'm in, so I felt a revised score was necessary.

From start to finish, everything was smooth, easy, and handled with so much kindness and patience. I returned the car on Christmas Eve, on one of those cold, foggy, rainy days that already feels a little chaotic, and on top of that, we needed extra time to switch out car seats and get kids settled into my sister’s car. The staff could not have been more understanding or gracious. Not once did we feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. I worked directly with Tait H, and they truly went above and beyond. Tait was patient, calm, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything went smoothly even with the less-than-ideal weather and circumstances. That kind of care and professionalism really stands out, especially during the busy holiday season. This location made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and handled with genuine kindness. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience and will absolutely choose Enterprise again in the future. Highly recommend!

There was no line and my coworker and the process from waking in the door to driving away was about 20 min. Can’t beat that!
