They always give Chick Fil A hospitality with the sweetest souls always greeting with a smile and making any traveler secure and safe. I would like to shout out the whole team. This particular tripped I met a beautiful soul by the name of Loren and ofcourse not just our names matched but so did our energy. You can tell she loves putting smiles on faces and making sure service is top priority. She defines what a breath of fresh air when traveling is hectic is all about. Returning the car was even better despite the rain and the cold Tate serve with a smile, good energy, and with that award winning service spirit. I never have an issue when I come to KCI.
