  Car interior is really dirty. Lots of food crumbs and drink spills in cup holders and every crack.

  During a winter storm, our rental car was stuck due to ice. No tow truck was available, and our flight was the next day. We were instructed by Enterprise to leave the vehicle, and they would pick up vehicle after storm. The tow truck company, ENTERPRISE HIRED, damaged the vehicle. Enterprise sent us the bill even with photo and video evidence the vehicle had no damage, when we left the vehicle. They have the absolute most terrible and miserable customer service skills that were invented in your worst nightmare. Avoid this branch like your life depends on it. Your next paycheck might.

  The absolute worst enterprise location. Also their ludicrous policy seems to require two phone numbers and the location where you'll be staying. I wouldn't be surprised if they implement fingerprinting next. Rent from anywhere else.
