    Matthew was great. However, My car was absolutely filthy when I picked it up and there was bird poop all over it. It was clean when I dropped it off so I actually had to go wash my car afterwards. In addition, as soon as I pulled off the lot in my engine light came on so I had to turn around and go back and wait for 30 minutes while they figured out what was wrong with it. This should have been caught prior to me even showing up.

    Any time I've had to visit the service dept its always been a pleasant experience from start to finish! They are very mindful of one's time and do everything in their power to get you in and out as quickly as possible! On this visit I worked with Nick, who was pleasant and polite. But previously I had worked with Jorge who immediately knew my name and recalled the issue worked on previously-- now that's impressive! Thanks to both Nick and Jorge for another pleasant experience~ Also adding a special thanks to the folks behind the scene as well who are getting the work done-- it takes an entire team to make things flow smoothly to reach a desired outcome and in this case it's ultimately Audi's customer service team that makes the service experience outstanding! Thank you all~

    Crooks, swindlers, and con artists. We took the car in at the end of September. We were quoted $250 to diagnose the issue with our Audi and told that the $250 would be credited to the repair costs should we decide to have them do the repair. The total repair would be $750. They could not get the repair scheduled until the beginning of Nov. I made sure to confirm when I picked up the vehicle from the first appointment in September that "the $250 will be a credit towards the repair". I was assured yes. Upon picking my vehicle up today we were told the cost was $850. There was no credit applied so we asked and were told the $750 was in addition to the credit. Again, the credit did not appear on the bill. No one ever explained why it was $100 more, there was no mention of any issues when we were contacted to pick up the vehicle. Basically, it is either their policy to lie and get as much money as possible or they misquoted and aren't willing to do the right thing. Either way I will never buy another Audi and will never spend a dime with any Molle owned or operated company. Despicable!!! Update, the response from Audi KC below is so that anyone reading the review will have the impression that this business is trying to correct the behavior. They are not. They know exactly who I am and have made no attempt to contact me. They did not offer a number or name for me to contact. I stand by the review and warn anyone else to never do business with these crooks!!! It has now been over a week since I received their "sincere apology" on the review response and still crickets. No one has reached out or made any effort to make this right. Buyers beware!!!

    I brought my 2024Q5 plug-in hybrid in for various updates and recalls. The software for the MMI had to be updated. This proved to be a bit of a problem, but the service department worked with Audi to finally achieve the update. The recall was to ensure the high voltage battery was working properly. Completing all items took three days and I was provided with a loaner. I was kept informed during the process. Service was excellent. My only complaint was the high voltage battery was not recharged when I picked up the car.
