The car was delivered dirty, with scratches, tape from the window sticker still on the glass, scuffs on the door panels, steering wheel crooked and the HUD (heads-up-display) also misaligned. The car had 30 miles so enough miles to check for these things. Two calls were issued to the dealer with no return of the calls. This is a $ 150,000 car - never again from this dealership.

We first went to the other Audi dealership on the other side of the state line to purchase a vehicle that was confirmed available earlier that same day. After arrival, we were told it had conveniently sold right before we drove in. We decided to leave and check out Molle to see what they had. We were greeted by Kaleb as we walked into the dealership. Kaleb was very personable and had an engaging sense of humor. After looking at a variety of different options and listening to our preferences, Kaleb was able to find a vehicle that checked our boxes. Overall, Kaleb and his team made the purchase process go very smoothly. Kaleb was also quick to respond to any questions I had even after I had driven my car off the lot. I would recommend Kaleb to anyone looking for a new Audi and that appreciates someone that lightens the mood on the car buying process.
