We purchased this car at the end of November. Initially, the sales experience was positive. We were told the Infiniti we bought previously belonged to the owner’s best friend and, based on the Carfax report, appeared to be very well maintained. However, just two months later, the engine began smoking. We immediately contacted the Audi dealership, but they told us they couldn’t even look at the vehicle until after the holidays. At that point, it felt like once the sale was complete, we no longer mattered. Update: Three weeks later, Audi informed us they needed to send the car to Infiniti for further diagnostics. On Friday, January 9th, we were told Infiniti finally inspected the vehicle and determined it needs a completely new engine. The estimate is $9,700. Audi is refusing to take any responsibility, despite service records indicating recent mechanical testing before the sale. The warranty we were sold only covers $2,000 of this repair. In hindsight, this explains why GAP insurance was pushed so aggressively and why the sale felt rushed. What’s most concerning is how this situation has been handled. They repeatedly called my teenage son instead of speaking directly to me-huge red flag. When I called on Friday to speak with a manager, I was told they were “about to leave.” The employee, I’m assuming was the secretary or front desk attendant argued with me, then said the manager would call me the next day—and hung up on me. No one ever called back. This entire experience feels deceptive and predatory. If this situation is not made right, we will be forced to pursue other avenues, as selling a vehicle with an imminent engine failure raises serious concerns about fraud.

If anyone is looking to buy or lease an Audi I strongly recommend asking for Richard Jones, Sale Rep. He made my experience buying from him enjoyable. He will listen to what your concerns and needs are and will come up with a workable solution. No Pressure what so ever.

As a single female, I HATE buying cars and the entire negotiation process! The fact that I'm VERY frugal doesn't help matters. I stopped here for what I THOUGHT would be the first of many stops and dealerships to both figure out what I really wanted AND to make sure I was getting the best deal. Let's just say WOW! Thank you Kaleb -salesperson extraordinaire....thank you Sal.....Sales Manager extraordinaire! Even when I THOUGHT there was a problem....both of you jumped in and solved it with professionalism and integrity. Sooooooo, if trusting car salesmen and the process is a personal "concern" AND you are Audi-ish.....this is the dealership for you! Oh....ask for Kaleb!!!

Recently purchased a new Audi from Audi Kansas City and had a fantastic experience. Worked with Clayton and Sal in sales. They were friendly, knowledgeable and it was a total low pressure environment. I was looking for a specific set of packages for my new car and they bent over backwards to help me get the car I wanted from another dealership! They offered a competitive price for my trade in too. Once the new car arrived (from Wichita!) the sale process was super quick and Nikki (back in finance) did not keep me there for hours pushing unnecessary extra plans/coverages/warranties. They also sent somebody to handle title paperwork which can be a giant PITA at the DMV. All I had to do was pick up paperwork about 10 days later! Audi Kansas City has a small almost boutique vibe to it which is great. Sometimes the larger volume dealerships either ignore you all together or come at you like a freight train when you show up on the lot. 100% recommend this dealership if you’re interested in an Audi.
