We returned our SUV at 14:15 — just minutes before the additional hourly charge would have applied — and the return process was smooth and efficient. What really stood out was his customer service. In a small (and admittedly humorous) moment, I realized I needed plastic cutlery after rushing to return the vehicle. Blake went out of his way to help without hesitation. Professional, friendly, and truly representative of Midwestern hospitality. Highly recommend this location — and if you’re lucky, you’ll get Blake.
