- HSH SAug 24, 20251.0Came in for a battery replacement for my Mercedes. Guy at counter was immediately hostile and acted like I had no idea what I was talking about. This was after ignoring me for about 10 minutes while on the phone. Then he “tested” the battery and said “something was drawing power”, and he couldn’t complete the test. This is after he gave me a whole speech about how the alternator charges the battery as if I had no knowledge of how ICE vehicles work after driving them for 22 years. I went to auto zone and they did the test (noting that in fact, the battery needed to be replaced) and gave me a replacement battery in 15 minutes. Can’t remember the guy’s name, but he was chubby and dark haired and middle aged. Won’t be coming back. Additionally, it seems like no one ever answers the phone. I called this morning (Sunday) and the phone rang 30 times with no pickup.
