    Worst auto parts store in the city. Lazy workers that dont want to do anything. Nobody was helpful, they dont know how to do there job. Store should be shut down not a good representation of Advanced Auto Parts.

    Rude customer service by black dude (on dec 9th 2025 at around 2:20 pm )who works there kept walking behind me that’s weird and he looked like a recently released prisoner and I never had this happened to me before at this store

    I had mechanical issues while commuting to work on a cargo bike—with my toddler—in 25 degree weather! Needed a hex key set to tighten the handlebars; otherwise the bike wasn’t rideable. I walked the bike into the shop and General Manager Andrew not only helped me figure out which bolt needed to be tightened, but he gave my boy a very cool orange race car to keep him entertained, and gifted me a store set of the wrenches when we left. Absolutely above and beyond, and I am deeply grateful. Thank you Andrew!
