Let's see, things like, being treated and talked to like I'm incompetent, a liar or con artist, a thief. I've been blatantly lied to and shrugged off and hung up on. Not to mention the damage to my vehicle. Why would I put up with or endure such b.s. because I wanted the 350 dollars worth that I paid for when I was sold a bad battery. Oh, and the bad battery I received as a replacement when I finally got them to honor the warranty. I'd prefer never to shop with them again and I would advise anyone not to either. If you do purchase something from them that is important to you, you'd better hope it works.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
