  I got a little frustrated and anxious but was not rude when their system didnt register my card for a return. I honestly wasnt even loud, if anything I get squeaky when in anxious. When we finally got it figured out the manager called me out on being frustrated and accused me of "about to tear them up". Poor customer service over their messed up system. A little understanding in a frustrating situation would have been nice.

  Adrian, who I believe is the manager, was horribly rude to staff. There was a line waiting to check out, however they were hanging out with friends messing around instead of doing their job. He made a snobby comment to one of the staff attempting to ask a question. Other customers also picked up on this and commented. Truly disrespectful behavior especially for someone in "management".

  Jacob H was a tremendous help this morning, helping me put a part in that was kind of secluded behind a glove box. He helped me get the right tool and help me get the part back in there because my hands were too big lol. Kudos to Jakob on a job well done.

  While waiting at the counter to be helped, two female associates were engaged in their TikTok/ selfies. As I waited another associate finished with a customer then proceeded to help me. I asked about free battery charging service and was glad that I could return in a couple hours to pick up my car battery. When returning I was told they forgot to place it on the charger and I needed to return in a couple of hours. After leaving the store I called and spoke with multiple staff members about the battery status. I was then told I could return to pick up battery. It had been on the charger the whole time. Autozone what's happening to your customer service?

  Went to this auto zone on Sunday 1:25pm, 03/29/2026. They got kids handling the register, Got this one kid who i talked to about getting Rotors and brake pads for my car , They had a the deal on buy rotors and get pads free, He told me he didnt have any in stock so i told him to order some where he started arguing thats not how it works when they get them is when they will have them in stock and i would have to just come back, hire smart people who no what there please, no smart person would refuse $500 in sales.
