  Went with my fiancé (who is a mechanical engineer and knows nothing about the fundamentals of a car) to get her oil changed at this location. Keith took care of us and made it the best Jiffy Lube experience we’ve ever had. He was funny, kind and slowly and politely walked my fiancé through the maintenance needed on her vehicle. If you are anywhere near south west Missouri this is the place to have your vehicle serviced! Also Keith has a hidden bag of Jolly Ranchers for the customers - just ask for one and he will kindly oblige.

  I was in a hurry to make it to a family gathering when my car began to flash a maintenance light at me. I pulled over, hoping for a quick fix, and before I even left my car, one of the guys came out to see how they could help! They pulled the code, which turned out to be nothing very pressing, and assured me it could wait until after making it to the family event. Super helpful, didn’t even charge me, and very quick. Five stars!

  They put new brakes on my truck less than a year ago. Told me that my rotors were a little messed up too. The issue I went in for was my brakes squeaking. They said I could do the pads and rotors together and get a warranty so that I could come back if they started squeaking again. I’m within the time and mileage of the warranty and I came back because they are squeaking again. Keith seems like a nice and knowledgeable guy, but they are telling me that the over $500 I spent with them for the squeak to be gone doesn’t matter because they won’t be able to do anything about the squeak. They said corporate won’t let them do anything with the warranty. The squeak free brakes barely lasted any time at all. It’s not a quiet squeak and it happens every time you use the brakes a certain, and hard to avoid, amount at low speeds and coming up to a stop. According to them, I either deal with a squeak or replace my brakes every few months when they start squeaking again. Like it’s essentially unfixable. Doesn’t seem correct to me.

  I stopped in for the bundle special (oil, wipers, and fluid checked). I got right in and they were done before I finished a cup of coffee :) The young man who took care of my car was very polite and respectful but not over the top with it. I'll just say he was a nice guy, did the job as promised on coupon and explained everything in a way that I understood. I really liked the way that I was treated as well as with the care that they took with my vehicle. 5 stars and a new repeat customer (you go to the best value right? The price was right and I value all the above mentioned).

  I had my my Chevy traverse serviced for an oil change , Keith’s customer service was top notch he made us feel like family, make sure to ask him for a jolly rancher when you stop to get your car serviced . His staff worked fast and was very thorough with checking the filters and levels of everything that my car needs. I will definitely be telling my friend and family to take their cars to this location and I will be taking my car back to get serviced again.
