We were passing through on our way home from TX to IA and got two blown out tires on the interstate on our fishing boat trailer. With a two year old and no clue what we could do; we had no luck with towing companies or road side assistance. Kurtis Kollmeier and a team, in Joplin, of about three techs stayed late to ensure I could drive there and get tire replacements. They were extremely professional, friendly, and made a very stressful situation extremely manageable. Said grab a water or coffee, had a place to sit and watch tv and very welcoming to my two year old that was upset after a long travel day. I cannot thank these guys enough for their help and staying open to help us from being stranded past hours. God bless you!! Can’t recommend them enough!

I went here for a diagnostic and repair, which ended up being rotors. I went ahead and paid for it, but for four rotors and the diagnostic it cost $913. That’s the most expensive rotor job I’ve ever had, and likely one of the most expensive you’ll see.
Just a heads-up: the diagnostic fee is $180 just to enter the shop, plus the hourly rate.
A few days later I called to ask how much it would cost to clear out my AC drain tube under the car, and they quoted me $120. After looking into how to do it myself, I simply blew some air into the tube and it cleared right out. It took me five minutes to drive up onto the curb and use my air compressor to dislodge the blockage.
Was that worth $120? I’d say definitely not.
My advice: look into what you need done with your car before paying for repairs, because some things are actually very simple. I’m not saying the repair work itself was bad, but it feels like Goodyear will take every dollar they can if you don’t already know what the repair involves.

Honest and helpful mechanics. I have been in multiple times, and they are always respectful. They will explore all options, even if it means they lose out on money. They really care, and they always make sure to check the essentials before I leave if they can’t get me in immediately. I can tell they don’t want to send me away in an unsafe vehicle. They have given me advice about obtaining service records, so I can make the most of my warranty.
I appreciate their honesty, compassion, and expertise with all the vehicles I’ve brought in.
