    Reserved a car online just to find out the day of they actually overbook cars like airlines now ! You make a reservation and they actually never guarantee you a car, this is a terrible way to run a business and maintain customers. All they could say was sorry and not provide anything for wasting my time, pathetic. Then rebooked with another location in Miami and the exact same thing happened. Showed up no car! If you haven’t been screwed by enterprise just wait!

    How does this place set up appointments to pick up a vehicle when they don't even have any available? We have waited over a week for a rental after a car accident and still haven't gotten a car. Luckily we weren't going on a trip somewhere. They used to offer another vehicle if they didn't have one available in the price range requested but we haven't been offered any other options. Also having difficulty answering the phone or getting them to see if another location has any availability. They just act like it is normal and "well it's spring break". That's bad business if you ask me.

    My grandma rented a car from enterprise she had it for less than a week when she was picking it up the guy who was helping her suggested that she buy their insurance package in case anything were to happen to the car. He said if anything happened to the car even minor hail damage she would be liable. There was a storm that came through the 4 states the day after she picked up the car. Before the storm even started she parked the car under our enclosed car port and did not use the car again until the storm passed. We even have proof of this on our cameras we have outside the home. Today we take the car back and we are told there is hail damage to the car and they are filing a claim against our insurance. I told them there is no way there would be hail damage from us because 1 it did not hail where we were and 2 the car was parked in an enclosed car port until the storm passed. She said my grandma inspected the car with the gentleman that was helping her the day she got it and signed a contract saying they could file against her insurance if the car came back damaged (which it did not) do not rent from this company if you can help it amd especiallyif you are elderly. They are scam artist and want to prey on the eldery.

    If you ever need to rent a car, go here. The customer service is phenomenal!!! These guys go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. There may be a line when you get inside, but don't let that sway you. Stick around and watch the magic happen. The employees from John, Ty Josh, and KiAnte will work their bottoms off to make sure you are taken well care of. That is why there might be a line. Because so many people come back here all the time. They should all be given a raise for how dedicated, and loyal they are to this company. I can't say enough good things about this particular facility.

    SCAM ALERT! First, this the SMALLEST lot with the most cars and worst parking I've ever seen. So be prepared for a dent or ding. Rented a truck for quick trip, on average I rent a car a year for 10 years now and never had an issue. Scratch near the bed from normal use, no bend in the metal. Not only does local never follow up like they promised (It will probably buff out or be less than your deductible KNOWING they send to a "collision center" for a big bill), it took over 2 months before I heard from Enterprise. Their email said I had not responded (this was the first communication) and asked for payment with no invoice so I could not even access the portal. The claims department have ZERO customer service skills. The invoice was $390 but they charge $50 to "process the claim". The invoice also shows a charge to remove the bumper... FOR A SMALL SCRATCH NOWHERE NEAR THE BUMPER. A $70 charge to check the airbags on something clearly NOT an accident. This is the WORST experience and I will wont be back.
