The only issue I have is when I tried to cancel my membership (the only reason I cancelled was because I didn't use it often enough to justify the ongoing expense (I absolutely intend to keep going there and just pay each time)). I had to actually call them on the telephone and talk to them because there was no way to manage my account using the website. The website tried to get me to download the app. (Why is it that I can manage my account with the app, but not with the website?) So, anyway, I made the call. The lady was pleasant and professional. But here's where things took a turn. I provided all my information and even my 9-digit account number only for the lady to put me on hold for over five minutes just to access my account info. It was as if she had to go pull my physical file from a dusty cabinet or something. It was crazy. Five minutes doesn't sound like a long time until you spend it listening to hold music. And this was just to access my account information. We hadn't even begun addressing the reason for the call. She came back on the phone and I swear to God her first words were literally, "Okay! So I've got your account info pulled up." It's like she went outside for a smoke before coming back and hitting the 'Enter' key. I don't know if this was deliberate or accidental. I don't know if this is typical or a one-off. It feels hinky to me. That's all I'm saying. Zips: If this was just a weird situation, I'm sorry. But, man, I really ought to be able to manage my membership on the website. Especially since there's a link for a "Member Portal." And please tell me you aren't doing the thing where you annoy people so they hang up without cancelling their accounts. Come on, dude. In all fairness, though, it IS a good car wash. And the dude who works there is a cool guy. He gave me a free air freshener and then hit me with finger guns. I like the cut of that guy's jib. 4/5 stars. I will keep going there, but I will not be renewing my membership.
