  Honestly, I've only had 1 issue in the last 3 years I've been going. I had a slight leak where my filter wasn't tightened enough but that was a couple years ago. I really love this place, and the crew. The guys that have been there long enough that I recognize, are all so fast, respectful, and kind. I appreciate them and their steady work.Always appreciate how respectful, quick, and the great work this team always does. The past 3 years it has always been consistent service and product. At this point I don't even consider another business and I'll wait until I'm in town to get my car serviced.

  Got here and got right in, very casual and respectful. Didn't try to do a bunch of upselling or anything. Very quick, good price, very respectful and professional. Easily best quick stop place I've been to in Joplin. Recommend for sure

  They do absolutely everything, change ur engine filter , top all ur fluids off, air up ur tires, and they check ur oil make sure everything is okay andrew the Asst Manager was helpful, professional and understanding.

  There was one vehicle ahead of me in line, and I was at this location for a total of 1.5 hours. I specifically come to Valvoline because of the consist, quick service. All I needed was an oil change. Service specs were met, time at location wasn’t up to standards.
