My oil was changed and when the attendant checked my oil stick he kept looking at it, sticking it back in and checking it again. I left and shortly after my oil level light came on and off. I went back the following week and shared the problem, again checked my oil level saying it was full and it was just a sensor issue on my car with the oil light coming on. When my son checked my oil it was not full. I paid for the most expensive oil change they had and I feel cheated. I will not return to have services done at Valvoline in Joplin, MO again.
