Amazing place! They are all very knowledgeable and very honest! They won't recommend work unless they are certain it will fix your issue and go above and beyond to diagnose the issue correctly.

The service is always great at this location, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I usually get my tires and oil changes here, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I paid $330 total for a tire (that would have been $275 total at Reeves) and you couldn't put my spare back in the compartment??? 🙄

i took my vehicle in for an alignment at the 20th street location. I talked to guy at front desk with long hair. Super nice. Said steering box was wore out and they had issues. Then said if i ever have any issues or replace anything and need another alignment just bring it back in the next 3 years and they will get me fixed right up. On the way home truck drives like crap and steering wheel is sideways going straight. Wonders all over the road. Hit a bump in road as a semi was coming by and truck made a hard left for it. Turned right to compensate at truck turns hard to ditch. Truck is not safe to drive at all. As soon as i get home i order a new power steering box and pitman arm. When they show up i replace them. So now at this point everything in the steering system of this truck is brand new with the best name parts money can buy. I take truck back to goodyear. This time i have a balled headed guy at front desk. He ask for vehicle info and what not. Then he says (in very rude tone) the truck was aligned here last week. I said ya they had issues aligning it and said the steering box was wore out. I replaced it and now the steering wheel is not straight and the truck drives horrible. I then ask if they adjust caster/camber. He then says no you can’t adjust camber/caster. Pulls out my alignment print out from last time. Then tells me my caster and camber is perfect. Says he can’t adjust caster and camber cause it’s a solid front axle. I then proceeded to tell him i added an adjustable caster/camber bushing to it. He then tells me i messed it all up and he can’t believe i changed it. Now im going to have issues and it was perfectly fine the way it was. I then proceeded to say if it’s so prefect then why is the alignment machine showing red. It shows factory specs and the caster is out of that window. He then didn’t know what to say. At this point i was so aggravated with this guy. Im debating on grabbing my keys back from over the counter and leaving or ripping this guy over the counter but i decided what the heck i already over paid for this 3 year alignment and im here with a ride picking me up and took off work for this so i left it to see if they could get it right this time. Over $200 for them to just adjust toe. I could go anywhere else in town and get that for $49-89 bucks. If i would have known it was just toe alignment i wouldn't of done it to start with. They call me when im outta town saying truck is done and everything is good. I call my gf and say hey run in and pick up my keys and sign and get all the papers/pay since i won’t make it back into town till after they are closed. I get home and she hands me the keys. I ask where the alignment papers at. And she says they didn’t give them to her. I asked if they went over it with her and she said no. (Probably because they didn’t adjust camber/caster) So we ran up to pick truck up. Just walking up to truck and looking at it from the front i can tell it’s not right. I get in truck and drive it home. Still all over the road and drives like crap. Steering wheel not straight. No way this thing is safe to drive. I don’t even take it home. I turn around and take it to the ford dealership. They get it in next day. Throw it up on alignment rack. Caster and camber is off. They adjust caster and camber. Get them all super close to factory specs. Pick up truck and only pay $126 for the alignment. Almost half price and the Truck drives like brand new. Wasted 2 days of my time and over $200 at Goodyear on 20th. Somebody recommended them is only why i went. I read the reviews 1st and seen some bad ones. I work with the general public so i know most of the time it’s usually the customer that is the issue so i gave them the benefit of the doubt. That balled headed guy working the front desk either needs fired or his butt kicked for an attitude adjustment.
