    I had a great experience. Kayla went the extra mile to find me a smaller car that was perfect for me. Very helpful and friendly staff.

    Reserved a car for 8:30 am pick up did not have a car for me. Told me it would be 10:00 still didn’t have a car for me. Discovered they would have a car about 11 and promised to someone who called on the phone. They told other people who had a reservation they wouldn’t have a car till 4 pm or maybe tomorrow. Didn’t care that I lost a days work to pick up car and go to an appointment for my 83 yr old mother in law in Oklahoma. No apology nothing to try and make this right. My first time to rent a car from them and was going to do it again over the weekend . Cause I can’t get my mother in law in my jeep. But they just lost a customer and I will let everyone know the poor service I got. Not even a curiosity call to say we don’t have a vechicle for you, made to trips there today. Poor service poor customer service. Rent a car some place else don’t go here you’ll be lucky if you get a car.

    They called after an insurance claim and set up a time for pickup. My vehicle was ready when I got there. The vehicle was clean, fueled and ready to go. The check in process was quick. KiAnte made sure I didn’t have any questions about the vehicle I was driving. When it took a bit for me to leave he checked again that I felt comfortable with the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, it was apparent this location was in a bind with people needing cars, waiting for cars and the car I was in was quickly but thoroughly checked over to be checked back in. KiAnte was the one that checked me in too. The situation was unusual because there were cars on the lot that had just been recalled. The situation was out of his hands. The person that was supposed to get my vehicle was very unhappy. He handled the situation with care and understanding the frustration for those waiting. I would recommend this location for your rental needs.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I rented a car on Thurs. 10/30/25 to be returned 11/02/25. 11/02 I called the Joplin office to let them know I was (still am) in ICU with 2 active brain bleeds. I requested they pick theor car up -(like they picked me up) since I did not list anyone else on the rental and wanted to adhere to the rental terms They said it would cost me $50.... I am in ICU with 2 brain bleeds !! I've never been so disregarded and mistreated by any company in my life !! They never even said "I hope you get better or I'm sorry you are not well" . They didn't charge me to come get me so they could get my money from the rental...but wanted to charge me to pick up their car !! I'll never rent from Enterprise ever again. They obviously only care about money....not customers!
