    Josh and the guys at enterprise are really good and take care of the cars and their customers. Recommend them highly more than the AVIS or the HERTZ in Joplin.

    This rental place has excellent service! Josh Allison helped me into a car this week. It was filled with gas and very clean. He did a superb job. Everyone there was very helpful and kind. The car I drove was fantastic. I recommend enterprise for anyone wanting to rent a vehicle.

    I would not recommend renting a car through Enterprise first of all I showed up to pick up the vehicle and had to wait about an extra 30 minutes because it wasn't ready and needed an oil change I had the car for 5 days and took it on a long road trip and when I got back I assume they had a Dropbox but they didn't which most locations do so then I had no choice but to leave the keys in the car and leave it there so I got a random charge on my account from Enterprise and when I called to ask about the charge they said they charged me about $50 for having the car 3 hours over which makes no sense because they should have informed me that they did not have a Dropbox and I would 100% need to bring the car back on their hours which is a huge inconvenience to anybody BTW I actually returned the car a whole day earlier and still got charged seems like they just wanted to charge me just for leaving the keys in the car how can I be 3 hours over when I brought the car back a whole day before??? Will not ever be renting a car through Enterprise again
