Several times I dropped the car off and they said it'll be an hour and then 6 hours later they haven't even started. The shop isn't organized and they don't take accountability when you call them out on it. Poor service. Obviously they have too much business to value me as a customer. F-
- DGDillon GraysonJul 27, 20251.0Highly do not recommend. It costed me 500 dollars for Jim Lewis to “fix” my car. Drove the car 5 miles down the road and had to get it towed back. After taking it back Jim Lewis said it was going to cost me 1000-1500 dollars to get my car “fixed” again. I said, no thank you and took my car to a local mechanic and it costed me 200 dollars and my car has ran great ever since. I think Jim Lewis is over priced and lackadaisical with the work. They also backed my car into a concrete post when parking it.
