  We woke up last Monday morning in our hotel with a flat on our trailer ... While my husband ran into Walmart to buy a tire, I called every tire shop in Jefferson City and not a single one had time to put the new tire on the rim and we was going to have to park the trailer somewhere and take the rim off and take it to the shop.... But the last call I made was to Dobbs... The manager and the employees were amazing! They backed us up outside the shop , jacked up the trailer and got the tire process done!! Within 15 mins we was back on the road! Thank You!! Thank You SOOOOOOO much! Because of y'all we was able to continue on our journey ❤️❤️

  Service was okay. Price was a bit higher than expected, but honestly not any higher than everyone else’s. My chief aggravation was that they screwed up and charged my credit card twice and I had to wait for a refund.

  I needed an Id/Od, to title my vehicle. Probably one of the simplest services you can request from any auto center. Literally documenting the VIN and milage. My car is just now 10yrs old with less then 115xxx miles. The rude agent at Dobbs refused to preform the inspection. Using the over 10 year exemption to refuse the service assuming i wasn't aware of the OR 150xxx miles part. I took my business to Telle the had me tightened up back on the road in less then 10 min. If you cant provide customer service and refuse simple service request, maybe get out of the service industry all together because you're the opposite of helpful. I appreciate you leading me to Telle tho! They not only knew what to do they also did it.

  Sean did an outstanding job fixing my truck. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what needed to be done. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and made sure everything was repaired correctly and efficiently.

  I had an outstanding experience at Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers, and I have to give major credit to their manager, Shawn. From the moment I walked in, Shawn was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. He explained the service options clearly, didn’t push unnecessary add-ons, and made sure the work was done efficiently and professionally. What really stood out was his attitude—friendly, respectful, and clearly passionate about customer care. It’s rare to find someone who treats your car like it’s their own and makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another ticket. The team at Dobbs did great work, but Shawn made the whole experience exceptional. If you’re looking for honest service and a manager who truly goes above and beyond, ask for Shawn at Dobbs. He’s the reason I’ll be coming back.
