My wife took her vehicle here a couple of weeks ago and was given a battery by the AutoZone employee that was wrong for her car. It blew the fuse in her vehicle, which took us four days to replace and cost $300. Now, half of our car's electronics do not work. The AutoZone employee initially said that they would pay and be liable for all problems, but then the manager instantly backtracked on everything and decided that we are on our own. I’m far from done fighting this issue. I just wanted to let everyone know to go to a different store. Obviously, it’s a big chain, so they don’t care about you.

Tom was kind enough to come out and show us how to add antifreeze to our new to us car. It's 14 degrees outside but he stood out there patiently showing us what we needed to know with a smile on his face. Have never once had a bad experience with the employees at AutoZone they are always willing to help where they can.

I came here to see what was going on with my life immediately after telling the “ manager” that something popped up on my car saying headlight low. He immediately gave me an attitude and said I’m having an attitude however I am just a girl I don’t know much about Kar so I’m telling you what popped up why are you arguing with me? I didn’t say would you like me to go take a picture and show it to you because he stated that there is no such thing as headlight low. I came out of the store to go take a picture went back in him discussing my situation with another customer, which was so rude. I showed it to the customer and the customer was like oh yeah it said headlight low. Now he wants to help no I don’t need your HELP. All you had to do was listen. Ask me to show you the damn picture or take a picture so I could get this issue resolved. You are so quick to dismiss me as a customer that’s paying my money I wasn’t coming up in your store, begging you for a new parts. I’ll fix your teeth while you’re at it.
