- JVJacob VogtDec 26, 20251.0My wife took her vehicle here a couple of weeks ago and was given a battery by the AutoZone employee that was wrong for her car. It blew the fuse in her vehicle, which took us four days to replace and cost $300. Now, half of our car's electronics do not work. The AutoZone employee initially said that they would pay and be liable for all problems, but then the manager instantly backtracked on everything and decided that we are on our own. I’m far from done fighting this issue. I just wanted to let everyone know to go to a different store. Obviously, it’s a big chain, so they don’t care about you. *Update! They reluctantly paid for everything! They screwed up and tried not to fix it, but after being put in the corner legally we received all of our money back. If they screw you over look into all your options you can figure something out. Thanks auto zone for fixing the issues you caused, a little responsibility won’t hurt you guys. Still a 1/5 stars because they made it terribly hard on me and my family. Jacob 1 Autozone 0. Haha

It's 14 degrees outside but he stood out there patiently showing us what we needed to know with a smile on his face. Have never once had a bad experience with the employees at AutoZone they are always willing to help where they can.
