As an OTR driver for the past three decades I've witnessed the decline of everything in relation to the industry, especially truck stops. This place has class, reminiscent of a time when truckers were actually professionals and truck stops catered to them. I rolled in here at midnight, hungry, tired and just looking for a meal. The kitchen was closed, the gentleman working asked if I was a driver, I replied yes I am, he asked if I was hungry and said that he would open up the kitchen with full menu and cook for me. Needless to say I was shocked. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was extremely fresh. The grounds of this place are very well maintained and exceptionally clean, as well as the bathrooms and general store. This is a must stop location for me when I'm passing through. Thanks, J. The restrooms we exceptional clean and private...not only your own stall but also your own sink in the womens side. They have all your emergency food one might want in a small grocery store. Also a food counter with your burgers made fresh. Awsome job! Only advice is to ask for the fries either lightly salted or no salt. They were over salted.

I always stopped at loves across the highway, and loves was always full. I actually stopped here for the first time because of that and this truck stop, is hands down way cooler, it's huge!!! So much parking, idk why I waited, the inside has such an amazing atmosphere, it's a shame I passed this so many times and didn't check it out. This will be my spot chosen every time I head to Kansas city, or Springfield from now on

Located just off exit 66 on I-49, this spot offers plenty of spacious truck parking—enough for a whole fleet. The store inside is absolutely stunning and super clean, far surpassing the Loves across the highway, which is always crowded and full. If you’re running low on logbook hours and need a reliable place to stop, this is the go-to spot. Discovering this hidden gem with its huge truck parking area made my trip a blast—no more circling endlessly for a spot! Don’t miss out on this trucker’s paradise! The employees were nice and generous. They have good food inside if you’re hungry please share with friends and family about the spot. I will be coming back here again for sure. Great staff excellent customer service better than the Loves truck stop you’ll be treated with respect
