  I ordered a part and they neglected to order it. Called O'Reillys down the street and they had it in stock. Im not buying from Autozone again. 🤬

  My wife and I are from Florida spending couple months in this area,we arrived at this store with a mechanical failure in our car and an engine light on.Nate was very nice checking right away the situation ,he gave us the code that was able to identify the problem .Nate ,Lan and Grant were friendly involved to solve the situation , they guided and advised us at all times with a happy ending.I cleaned a MAP sensor with proper spray and problem was solved, engine light is gone and the car failure disappeared.Thank you guys for a wonderful customer service you provide.

  I went there yesterday and they were extremely busy. Josh Green helped me. He was the most amazing guy! It was freezing cold outside and he replaced my battery for me and explained the differences in the batteries and had helpful suggestions for preventing corrosion etc. When I apologized for having him be outside in the wind and cold, he was very gracious and said that’s what we’re here for. A very hard working guy and kind individual! Hard to find in this day and age. Give that guy a raise!

  I went in to autozone last night to get a car battery. I was welcome by Steve and Grant. After Immediately asking what i needed help with, Grant took charge in finding a solution to my needs. His customer service is outstanding, added to a positive and friendly attitude, Grant is a true asset to the company. I would like to suggest a bonus is given to Grant to show him your appreciation for leaving another customer extremely happy with his service. Thank you
