- DDDBodasZaffaMar 25, 20265.0I hate people when I am the customer, and I hate getting my car serviced. 😜 I drive my car 40hrs a week as a rideshare driver, and I will not go anywhere else than this particular Valvoline oil change store in Independence, Missouri, on 23rd and Lee's Summit Rd. I get a pretty steep discount from the company that I drive for which is 40% so I made the mistake of trying that twice before I found my livelihood maintenance geeks (in the best and most radical way). I will not go anywhere else but here. These folks are all cool as the other side of the pillow, knowledgeable, shoot me straight, and KNOW me. They've known me since the first time I had them give me an oil change. That's priceless. My livelihood machine runs tip-top Customer Service 101 (laid tfb)💥 I have had this experience with 3 employees indirectly to the same conclusion everything. That is Culture.
