  Calling Safelite was a complete and total waste of time for me. I would save yourself the time and energy and just use a different place or replace yourself. I made an online appointment. Got a call the day before and the lady said the online system was wrong and they would need my truck the entire day. Dropped my truck off first thing in the morning as asked to do.i Drove by several times and my truck had not been moved until after my original appointment time. I then received a call an hour after my original time and was told they would not be able to repair my window. I had explained the situation to them no less than 4 times total prior . Basically they kept my truck hostage all day for nothing. From the first call I received after scheduling service I was getting the impression they did not want to do the repair. I guess it is a difficult replacement for the rear window on my specific truck. They should have said that in the beginning instead of wasting my time.

  I have used Safelite 2x and both experiences were exceptional. They communicated exactly what to expect and when. The technician was pleasant and professional and got right to work on arrival. In no time at all I had a new windshield.

  My truck is missing parts and rear view mirror was not installed correctly, nor was my integrated dash cam. Opened a support ticket and now have to wait to see if they broke or lost my missing molding on my truck. I didn't notice how bad it was until I got home. Don't go here or any Safelite for that matter, seems like they don't care. If they decided to make things right I'll update this review but at the moment do not trust them. Update: after further investigation upgrading to two stars as it’s not missing part just missed alignment on the molding. There is so much that seems off that I won’t be taking it back to Safelite. I’ll instead be taking it to my local Toyota dealership and pay for them to fix anything Safelite messed up. For almost $1400 I expected way more quality form Safelite.

  My service technician, Brandon, answered all of my questions and even let me observe the whole process of my windshield replacement. He came to my home, which was very convenient for myself. It was easy to make the appointment and I was given an accurate estimate. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Safelite for all vehicle glass repair.
