  This is trash the dough isn’t even cooked… as a daily customer it’s frustrating running into the daily guessing game if yalls biscuits are gonna be cooked all the way. This stuff is a joke and i expect way better from QT. Caseys will have my loyalty until i notice a difference from this point on…

  This location is ridiculous. All the food is old. Everybody working there wants to stand around and tell their life stories instead of doing their jobs. They need an entire new crew

  Why is this QT constantly shutting down? I live nearby and several times now I've come to fuel and E V E R Y single pump is blocked off. Are yall running out of gas???

  Inconsistent pricing and poor coffee I visit QuikTrip locations all over the Kansas City area and always pay $2.19 for my coffee. But at this QuikTrip in Independence, Missouri, one cashier keeps charging me over four dollars. When I asked why, she said she had “punched in the wrong price” and that’s why it showed $2.19 on the register. I spoke to the manager, and he told me they go by the ounces in the cup — but he didn’t even know how many ounces my cup was, so they “calculated” 24 ounces. I believe the cashier was actually charging me for 48 ounces on a small cup, which is why the price is double what it should be. On top of that, about 2 out of every 20 times I come, the coffee is sour — like it’s been sitting out too long. It’s not about the money; it’s about honesty and consistency. If the same coffee costs $2.19 at every other QuikTrip in the city, why am I being charged double here? Very disappointing.
