- DEDavid EisenhowerApr 28, 20261.0Robert lied to us. He called us and said they had a flatbed truck available. When we showed up to pick up the rental flat bed they tried to give us a range rover. Complete waste of time. Robert wouldn’t even own up to it saying it was another employee. The inter workings of enterprise are full of shady tactics, would not recommend. We ended up using city rent a truck.

This location has new employee and managers who practice fraud. They extended my contract using my husbands card without my permission. I spoke with a manager advising my husband would be returning my rented car to rent his own under his account. Instead of doing what I asked, they extended a contract without my knowledge or approval and explained to my husband he was provided with a new contract. The manager currently states he has been with enterprise for years but is very incompetent and chooses to do exactly what he wants! Per the policy, my card information should have been only under my account regardless of my husband and I are married. He stated he was trying to help my husband by extending a contract instead of closing out the contract when the vehicle was returned and starting a new one. This had caused me to miss work helping the manager figure out where they went wrong. I’m highly upset and I don’t feel I was helped at all. Nothing was handle. I won’t be renting from this location ever again . Honestly Avis is cheaper with better cars.. so I most likely will become a Advis member
