  They damaged my car, after convincing me that my vechile was due for a radiator flush. While performing this procedure they crack my thermstat housing. Cost me $635 to fix their mistake. Call corporate office and they refused responsibility. Started leaking on my garage floor that night after getting it done that afternoon. Will never take my vechile there again. I will say that this location's employees were very nice.

  When putting oil in spilled on to top of motor flooding ing boots & spark plugs… car started hesitating. A month later. Took it apart today cleaned up all the oil put $311 of new parts on car runs great. Very unexperienced technicians

  Be careful about getting scammed!!! Payed for an oil change and tire rotation, and they only changed my oil but charged me for both. When I went back because I realized they never rotated my tires they were trying to tell me they did, but after a while and another wait they finally rotated the tires. Very frustrating and likely they were trying to scam me!

  I went to this location to get my oil changed earlier today. When I was being guided into the bay, suddenly one of the "associates" started yelling at me to stop - which I immediately did. I asked why he felt the need to yell at me when I didn't do anything other than what I was requested. He proceeded to glare at me in quite honestly a threatening manner (he also said something - I'm not going to repeat it, but I told him that was exactly was he was being. The person that appeared to be on duty directed him to go work on another vehicle at this point. The tech that took over very rapidly completed (almost) the required service on my vehicle. I didn't realize until I left as I was rather upset that the tire pressure light was on. It got cold overnight & the tires are new so I realized that they hadn't been checked. After calling Corporate & telling them about my experience (I did receive a 50% discount for my next oil change - but I won't to use it there.). I went back to have the tires checked & immediately was told that it had already been done & that I would probably have to go to a tire store to have it looked at. I explained that the tires were new & I knew they hadn't been checked earlier. He had me pull in the bay & as soon as some air was put in the rear tire the light magically went out. All I wanted to do was get my car ready for the upcoming storm. Now I wish I'd just gone to the store & stocked up on food & stayed home! I had a coupon that was expired for 2 days & they wouldn't honor it - I got a 10% Military discount only because I asked. $96.40 for a headache! This was one of the least professional situations I've seen for quite some time. Changes definitely need to be made, I spent may years in Retail & this is NOT how it works - well maybe now.. lol! It's pretty sad because I've been going there for years, must have been an ownership change?

  BUYER BEWARE! I have a random unauthorized charge on my credit card for last week for over $100. The company is aware and has had multiple customers with this issue. Will be contacting my bank for a chargeback, as Valvoline is unable to offer any help. I've done business here for many years and will no longer be doing so.
