  If you want to be aligned with a company who tells you what parts you need to get (with your own money) after two different visits to your home just to be given a third date to come back and get the job done (and it wouldn't cost me a dime to make up for the inconvenience) AND HASN'T HONORED that third date as of yet THEN SAFELITE is the company you should definitely roll with.

  Ordered a windshield replacement and install with new wipers and rainx treatment. Dropped my car off and was called and was told that they had the wrong size and needed to reschedule me. Ok I get that not a problem but then wanna charge $200 extra dollars after I already paid almost 400 for the services that I wont get because since I didnt have the extra $200 they would replace the windshield for the same amount if i didnt get the new wipers and rain treatment. Never will I use or recommend this business again

  Avoid at all cost!! Their so called repair to my windshield looks worse than the actual damage. Now I get to waste more time and find another company to replace my windshield, as this place won’t be allowed to touch my vehicle again. And the technician scratched the paint on my hood doing the shitty repair.
