Arrived for my appointment at the assigned time and was told I was supposed to have had my vehicle there two hours prior, though this was never communicated and was not reflected on any of the four emails I had verifying the appointment. Dropped my car off and received a phone call at the end of the day that they had not done anything with my car as the unit had not been delivered. The next day I received an email stating that I had missed my appointment which I had not. I had already contacted the shop where my installation was to be completed that morning and they still did not have the unit but told me they would call me when it arrived. I called Intoxilock to clarify that I had not missed my appointment and the representative tried telling me that my unit had been delivered to them. When I stated that that information was incorrect and I had already spoke with the shop, the representative retracted her statement and said it was in route to the shop. This installation cost me extra time without a vehicle as well as costs for unnecessary ride share trips as the equipment was not delivered when I was told it would be.
