  Harry and his team at this location were awesome! I have zero complaints and was highly satisfied. They did really good work on my car and had great communication with me. I highly recommend this team!

  Would absolutely not recommend this shop. My experience with Gerber was full of poor communication, misleading information, and what I believe were dishonest practices. After my car was towed from the scene of a wreck to a tow lot, I asked my insurance company to have Gerber repair it. Because of insurance delays, the car sat at the tow lot for over a week and the tow bill increased. Gerber told me I had to get the tow bill down to $500 or less or my car would be totaled. I paid the bill down as requested. Later, I found out from my insurance agent that tow charges are not supposed to count toward the total-loss decision, which makes me feel like Gerber simply wanted me to pay it for them. Gerber then had another tow company move my car to their lot—even though it’s literally next door—and charged my insurance over $900 for all of the tow bills. This was after they told insurance that my vehicle was “drivable” and claimed they didn’t know why it had been towed from the accident scene in the first place. On November 19th I received an automated text saying work had begun on my car, so I assumed everything was moving forward. On December 3rd, after not hearing anything, I called for an update only to find out they hadn’t started the repairs at all. First, they claimed they never got approval from insurance. Once my adjuster confronted them, the story changed to them being “backed up” and pushing my car back. Then, on December 5th—after weeks of delays—they suddenly submitted a new estimate about $3,000 higher than the original, which caused my car to be totaled. My rental car coverage ended the very next day, leaving me without a vehicle and without time to prepare or shop for another one. Overall, I feel this shop misled me, manipulated the situation, and cost me my vehicle through delays and dishonesty. Their lack of communication and shifting stories caused unnecessary stress and left me stranded without a car. I will never use Gerber again and I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

  First class operation, my Lexus was rear-ended hard and the professionals at Gerber collision did a fabulous job on it it looked better than it did new I highly recommend them.
