  These guys are awesome .Dustin helped me and I love how honest and helpful their information was.And I recommend these guys to all of you.Please don't waste your time with anyone else. As for Dustin, you won't regret it!!!!

  Horrible service, stated 2 hours then they replaced the wrong parts passenger side instead of drivers side the 2 hour service went from 8am to 6pm. Totally incompetent and literally not able to identify one side of the car for the other. Avoid at all costs.

  Dixie at Express Oil helped me out while traveling. I have an injury and Dixie came out in the SNOW and added air to my truck tires for me! So appreciated!!

  The technician failed to completely reattach my heat shield underneath the car. On the 3000 RPM pressure test, it was clear that there was an audible vibration. I asked the service advisor about it and he told me that the technician would have double checked everything, and to not be concerned. He of course was wrong. After getting on the highway, it was clear that something was dragging, and by the time I was able to get off the highway, the heat shield was torn off and left in the middle of the roadway. I was able to retrieve it, but had nowhere to put it as I was traveling. It ended up inside my vehicle on top of my expensive golf bag. I returned to the store and showed them the detached heat shield. The manager came over to find out what had happened and started spraying degreaser all over my golf bag, which ended up spraying all over the entire inside of my car and all of my luggage. The degreaser did not remove the grease from the golf bag. He told me he could pay for me to get it dry cleaned, but that he would not be replacing it. He said that it wasn’t their idea for me to put it inside my car. Where else would I put it? Absolutely asinine. It took them nearly an hour to reattach this heat shield to the underside of my car. I did get an apology from the technician for not listening to me when I expressed concerns before leaving, but the manager did not offer any discount on the service. By the time it was all said and done, I had lost an hour and a half on my trip back to Florida. Inexcusable. They owe me $400 for a new golf bag, $100 for an hour and a half of my time, and I would say my money back on the oil change (~$65) would be appropriate. So, Express Oil of Independence, you owe me $565. Contact me for the address. Buyer beware.
