From start to finish: no high pressure sales tactics, everyone was super pleasant and competent, the process is very efficient and easy to understand, and best of all, no haggling over prices (and mine was more than $4K under KBB value). The team treated me like family as soon as I walked in the door, and made a big deal about it being my birthday. Who doesn't love that?! Jahana even brought me a birthday gift! She, Mac and Courtney (I believe that was the manager's name) were all amazing and I highly recommend buying your car here, especially if you're a woman who is wary of being taken advantage of.
