A CS rep called my husband yesterday to confirm our reservation. When we showed up today, we were told that they do not have an SUV in stock because the other renters did not return them and tried to push a minivan or a truck. We specifically rented an SUV because that is what we wanted!! We were made to feel as though we were being unreasonable with our request by the response from the CSR. She was rude, unapologetic, and even made it clear to her manager on the phone that “we did not accept her alternate vehicle options”. As if this was our fault??!! I worked for many years in customer service and this is the WORST! We felt like we were given the bait and switch tactic. Pay the extra money and go to Entetprise.
