I came in not exactly knowing what I was trying to ask and got a total of about 30 seconds of attention before they quickly gave up and started back into their conversations. Not to forget they even moved down registers so they weren’t even in sight range for another question. This is why you always go to an oreilly. Thanks definitely won’t be back

I went to four other places and one other AutoZone and even Walmart to find a place that would put my headlights in if I bought them there. The guy at Walmart acted like all of his dogs had just died that day. Joe did not hesitate a single second and with all of the energy and positive attitude in the whole world went outside in the rain and put my headlights in. I was frantic I did not know what I was going to do I work nights and I was scared I was going to have to drive without headlights that night. He did not have to do that but he did. He also did it in about 45 seconds. Napa in Blue Springs said they might put them in so I drove there and when I got there, an employee said it's going to take them about 30 minutes they couldn't do it that takes too long. It took Joe 45 seconds and I'm not exaggerating. I can't forget to give a shout out to another employee that assisted me while Joe put the headlights in in 45 seconds, Greg, who I think may have missed his calling as the star of a early 2000s CBS sitcom because he is so funny. He made me laugh and was very positive through the whole thing. They are so valuable to AutoZone and Independence and the surrounding areas. Thanks again AutoZone on 23rd Street in Independence.
