The store manager went above and beyond..... not only did he help me with my battery, he actually removed and reinstalled it himself, made sure I didn’t get upsold on anything I didn’t need, and even cleaned off my windshield for me. I have never had service like that anywhere else. The associate who helped me was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell this store is run by an amazing team of people who truly care about their customers. Thank you all so much.....you’ve earned a loyal customer for life!

Absolutely outstanding, exceptional service provided by Michael at the Independence Store# 02383 - not anywhere near me, but that I visited at the recommendation of a friend that was helping me out. The experience of such professional, thorough and compassionate expert service under the neon glow of that AutoZone sign sharply contrasted the stark service I'd previously received at a competitor - that I will not name. I really hope AutoZone realizes and appreciates the top notch service and skill this employee, Michael (I wish I had caught his last name) is delivering - and that they never move away from that neon signage... next time I require it, I will be driving the extra 25 minutes to follow that neon beacon of exemplary service!!
