  Once again this AutoZone was a great blessing in my life. I had multiple warning lights come on on my car this morning but I had no time to deal with that because I had so many pressing and crucial things happening that required me to travel back and forth across town. When they were finally all done I went to AutoZone and the manager there assisted me with plugging in the little device that reads the codes when warning lights come on. By then the warning lights had stopped being lit but the device still worked and was able to give the error codes that would help me figure out what repairs needed to be done. But the manager went the extra mile. He asked me to pop the hood and upon looking closely at the engine he discovered moisture in some spots. And as he tried to figure out where it was coming from was able to see that the hose to my radiator was completely detached from the radiator and that there was no fluid in the radiator or in the overflow or in the hose for that matter. He quickly assessed the situation and let me know the importance of driving the car home and leaving it there until I could get the radiator properly fixed. Then he showed me where the radiator was cracked so that I could show my mechanic and furthermore proceeded to research the radiators that they had in stock so that when I was ready I would be able to purchase one. Then he kindly helped me figure out which antifreeze I needed and after carefully pouring most of the container of antifreeze in he sent me on my way. My total bill was like 22 bucks and that was just for the antifreeze. He did not want me to pay him for his time or his help. If you're worried about your engine lights that are coming on this is the AutoZone to take your car to. They really do care and I can't recommend them highly enough!

  I had the BEST experience at AutoZone. The store manager went above and beyond..... not only did he help me with my battery, he actually removed and reinstalled it himself, made sure I didn’t get upsold on anything I didn’t need, and even cleaned off my windshield for me. I have never had service like that anywhere else. The associate who helped me was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell this store is run by an amazing team of people who truly care about their customers. Thank you all so much.....you’ve earned a loyal customer for life!
