My truck had needed a replacement part which online it said was in stock so I placed an online order for the store nearest to me. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to not being in stock. So I called around to 3 different stores before I called Heather at store 5233, I told her my situation & that I really needed this part. Heather dropped what she was doing to check stock & guarantee me that there was ONE of my exact part left. I asked Heather if I could place an online order & if she would be willing to hold it to the side. ( I had perks rewards saving me $10) Heather told me to come in & she would do better than my perks rewards. Heather stayed true to her word & went above & beyond like I said earlier.
