Battery light went out and problem was solved. I went to NAPA on Noland Rd, in Independence Mo. and Bob simply would not help me whatsoever. So I ended up at Advanced Auto. I am truly grateful, thankful, and appreciative to Mike taking the time to help me they way he did; and as for NAPA which a pebbles stone throw away from my home you folks lost a customer forever!

My truck had needed a replacement part which online it said was in stock so I placed an online order for the store nearest to me. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to not being in stock. So I called around to 3 different stores before I called Heather at store 5233, I told her my situation & that I really needed this part. Heather dropped what she was doing to check stock & guarantee me that there was ONE of my exact part left.
