Not a good way to run a store. Tried to give this location a second chance months later. Was instantly greeted with the same unprofessional welcome. I shouldn’t have to wait for you to answer multiple phone calls before helping the customer right in front of you. It’s one thing if you had a line of customers already on hold. But this was not the case. The way the 2 male employees conducted themselves was very unprofessional and rude. Not just towards me but all customers that I heard them interact with while at the store.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
