    Customer service is lacking at this location. Asked if they had something in stock. Was immediately just told no. Didn’t bother to look it up at all. Not a good way to run a store. Tried to give this location a second chance months later. Was instantly greeted with the same unprofessional welcome. I shouldn’t have to wait for you to answer multiple phone calls before helping the customer right in front of you. It’s one thing if you had a line of customers already on hold. But this was not the case. The way the 2 male employees conducted themselves was very unprofessional and rude. Not just towards me but all customers that I heard them interact with while at the store.

    I love advance auto parts but this particular store has two guys working in the morning that aren't very helpful, i had really bad experience this morning but advance auto parts still be the part store to go 👍🏼

    If I could leave zero stars I would. This has been two days in a row of pure disrespectful mannerisms from the lady working yesterday and today. Yesterday June 24th, 2025 at 3:38pm we came in to get the alternator tested in the rudest tone possible says she couldn't test it because she was the only person in the store. I didn't mind that she couldn't test it because she was the only employee in the store it was the FACT her RUDE ATTITUDE causing HOSTILITY towards customers asking for HELP who had no idea in the first place that she was the only one in the store. Today June 25th, 2025 at 2:52pm the same exact lady from yesterday already had an attitude as soon as we asked for her to test the alternator. During the time of her "testing" the car we were asking questions about the warranty due the refurbished alternators (changed 3 altinators in 3 weeks) not working out with our vehicle. She said she'd have to look up our warranty to see what we could do whether or not to return the alternator and proceed with a new instead of used. She said that our warranty would not cover the exchange or replacement of a new one. We asked her why when yesterday we had just got this one and it wasn't working. She said that we would have to come in tomorrow to speak to her manager about the warranty. We told her we didn't have the time to wait till tomorrow and we asked if there were any new alternators in stock. She refused to look up the new alternator and said "Why would you buy another alternator from here if your other two didn't work". We said there wasn't enough time to wait till tomorrow to ask about the warranty. She said "You don't have to have an attitude with me and take your frustrations out on me" I tried to explain to her I wasn't understanding why we couldn't buy a BRAND NEW ONE and she kept saying "Have a nice day" waving her hand towards the with the rudest glare from hell and smiling. I've never had any other experience like this in any PLACE of the most unprofessional disrespectful mannerism. Now we have to drive a car 25 minutes away jump starting it to a different advanced auto in hopes they have a new alternator and possibly understand how to explain warranties without being disrespectful and unprofessional. Also to the gentleman who helped us Sunday June 22nd, 2025 around 5pm thank you for your help and jump starting us not once but TWICE! Thank you for being professional and understanding.
