Jeff made sure that I was aware of everything I needed beyond my order. He made sure I had brake cleaner and sold me a bundle that I needed. There was a issue with the items that I ordered online Jeff made calls to every manager associated with the store, made several calls to customers service, then Andrew and Jeff finally made provisions to make sure I had everything I ordered. Advanced Auto Parts should give Jeff a raise and promotion for his commitment to the company and customer satisfaction. Jeff and Andrew are both assets to the company and I will only go to Advanced Auto now if Jeff is there. Thanks Jeff for your commitment to customer service and being a good human being.

I don’t know much about vehicles but my husband removed the battery and we luckily were in walking distance to this location and spoke to a gentleman named Nick. He was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and was able to get us exactly what we needed.
