    I stopped by AutoZone today and had a great experience thanks to Jeff and Syed. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to come across employees who not only know their stuff but also bring great energy and professionalism to the interaction. They made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. I really appreciate the patience, respect, and positive attitude they showed. Definitely a top-tier experience.

    Most of the staff is knowledgeable, they also generally have most things in stock, the manager Louis Clark-Imm told me he was also a USMC vet, I didn’t buy it and a quick google search on his name and a picture of him and found out he’s a registered SO, I’m very disappointed in him lying to me about that

    Jeff Bailey was Absolutely phenomenal. His expertise and customer service went beyond my expectations. I went in to pick up an online order. Jeff made sure that I was aware of everything I needed beyond my order. He made sure I had brake cleaner and sold me a bundle that I needed. There was a issue with the items that I ordered online Jeff made calls to every manager associated with the store, made several calls to customers service, then Andrew and Jeff finally made provisions to make sure I had everything I ordered. Advanced Auto Parts should give Jeff a raise and promotion for his commitment to the company and customer satisfaction. Jeff and Andrew are both assets to the company and I will only go to Advanced Auto now if Jeff is there. Thanks Jeff for your commitment to customer service and being a good human being.

    I was on a road trip passing through town, stopped to get fuel and well…. Nothing. I don’t know much about vehicles but my husband removed the battery and we luckily were in walking distance to this location and spoke to a gentleman named Nick. He was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and was able to get us exactly what we needed.
