  The moment I stepped in the door with an old part in hand I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. After I informed Corey of what I needed he immediately went to the computer to find the store inventory. After he came back with the new part and we lined up the old and new to make sure it was an exact replacement. Chris came over to assist and make sure all was going well. She asked how my day was going and gave off such positive vibes! This was a hassle free A to Z interaction. I will continue to come to Hillsboro for the simple fact these people treat you like family. On a small side note Chris remembered me from a couple weeks ago when I came in and asked me how that repair went! Keep doing what you are doing Hillsboro! Bravo!!

  Angie and Troy (Autozone employees) working at the Hillsboro Autozone went out of their way to help me identify the real problem with my headlight. I saved the money i was going spend on a new headlight. Having Angie take time to come out in the cold and show me the problem. A loose connection. Thanks to great customer service, i was able to get back on the road, no money spent. I bought a complete oil change for the money i saved.

  Checked and installed new battery. Had to run to another store to get right battery. Extremely helpful.
