  The worst mechanic shop around town just dropped my car off at 8 am for a simple inspection and it is now 4:23 and still no progress on my car. It’s ridiculous they told me to have it in by 8 and now the shop is closing soon and my car has not been inspected

  Walked in on a Friday and it was busy. The sales person was honest and got me in right away as I was heading out of town. 4 tires and good to go! Great service. Thanks Jason!!!

  Since they won’t advertise it, the hourly labor cost is $185 an hour. Almost every other shop is cheaper by $40

  Last week i had my car there for service. Kerry took it and checked me in also required my email for the service, had me spelled a several times til she got it. End of the day, one of their staffs, who ' s Phillip called me for the quotes and i asked him sending me an email to help to understand better with numbers and technical vocabularies since Kerry had asked for it. Again, Phillip had me spelled the email again for a several times til he s got it. But they have NOT sent me an email. Later one, i talked to Kelsey who said we will email you after it s paid. Then still Not sending it after paying. End of that day, i talked to Pat required one and wondered why i ve not still received it. After hearing what s going on then Pat mocked it over the phone like "silly". From that moment one, i knew that they had lied over and over for just a silly issue. Briefly, i just do not understand their system interm of communication and management are really terrible. Wondering how they have earned the reputations for their own store over the lies. That does not mention the amount of service charge on paper is less than what i have been told and paid at the counter. Unbelievable.

  I bought four of there top end tires the sales guys ( Micheal) there were two and both dis a good job and worked hard. However i found the tires a couple of days later cheaper. I went back and ended up the store manager waited on me. I had found them for less on tire rack he was very unprofessional and rude saying we don't match online wholesalers and was rather condescending to me . I said ok i will check locally. I called sinclair ford where i bought my suv and they quited me the same as tire rack and matched no tax. I went back and gave it to the saleman who said the manger wasn’t available, and he would call me the next day ( Saturday) i received no call Saturday or Monday so i stopped my on the way home Monday. The manger would even talk to me and the saleman ( again very good) said that they would give me 50.00 back and would not match the no tax or the complete price. I just asked for my paperwork back and said thank you to the nice salesman. I will never go back here and i will openly tell people of my bad experience here!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THE FENTON LOCATION!!!! There will be zero support behind your purchase.
