They had a checklist of tasks to do in their oil change service, and a few tasks were marked complete that were clearly not completed. These included vacuuming interior and washing exterior windows. I don't care that these weren't done, but the fact that the receipt said they were completed when they weren't makes me wonder if there's other things they skipped that actually did matter. Be careful about your coupons because they ended up not applying mine even when they said they would. Definitely one of the more expensive places to get an oil change, but if you want convenience and fast service the price could balance out.
