A few days ago, the check engine light came on with a warning about the brake system. Since we couldn’t get it to the dealership, we took it to Dobbs. They discovered that whoever previously worked on the brakes did a poor job and failed to switch some necessary components, which is now causing issues with the electrical system. To be clear, we have not had any brake work done since purchasing the vehicle, so this problem existed before we bought it. When we reached out to Enterprise about the issue, since it is clearly related to whoever serviced the car before the sale, we have gotten nothing but the runaround. Lately, they either hang up when we call or do not answer the phone at all. If I can warn anyone about anything, it is this: do not buy from this unprofessional location. Communication is nonexistent, and customer care is clearly not a priority. Hopefully, someone from the corporate office sees this and helps resolve the situation.
