I got my rental at a different location but went to this location for an exchange because the vehicle that I was given stalled out on me three times in the drive. But what really got to me was the fact that I went here for an exchange. And yes I understand not having a vehicle to exchange with but the fact that the person on the counter told me that he would most likely take my truck if I wanted to return it and clean it up and send it back out. I cannot believe that. I heard that knowing that the truck is at a unsafe state because the amount of rentals and reservations they would be willing to just cover up the fact that this truck has serious issues and rented right back out to a customer that knows nothing about it If I could give zero Stars I would!
- SPstephanie ParksOct 7, 20251.01 star one of the sales people april anderson lied and wasted my time when all she had to do was say she didnt wanna service me i didnt do nothing to the lady i was only trying to purchase a vehicle she told me she was going to call me monday morning she didnt call i called her to verify something she lied and told me she was going to call me back never did i just feel like all together it was unprofessional she didnt have to do me like that the nice man eugeine was very nice and helpful i appreciate him
