They inflated the price for work and got upset when I refused to allow them to do any work. My daughter signed her release to get it towed and informed them that the tow guy would be there before 1pm. We get a call at 12:38p stating they wouldn't release it bc its a balance, instead of allowing us to take care of it the front desk attendees to busy being rude and nasty. First and foremost if we already explained what was going on then why did you not talk about the fees nor was the car ready to be towed. The fact that these places get away with these ridiculous behaviors is insane. And they wonder why they got crappy reviews. Absolutely believe those negative ones, bc thats why i had my daughter move her car in the first place and they proved my hesitation to utilize them to be true.
