    My experience with Chris Bower at Bommarito Hazelwood was extremely professional and most definitely successful. I walked in looking for a vehicle that happened to be at another location. In most cases the sales team would have been extremely pushy considering i was paying cash. Well I would have to say Chris took his time and showed me what they had to offer and still offered me a chance to go check the one out that I had found online.. With that being said I would have to say I absolutely love the jeep he put me in. He took his time getting to know me and what I like and didn't like. I would recommend Chris Bower to everyone and I will most definitely find him when I am ready again.. . He is the best salesman I have ever encountered ... A+++++

    We live 2.5 hours away from your dealership, so a few days before our trip to St Louis - we called for appointment. We were told that you are booked up, but we are welcome to stop by and check availability for walk-ins. We did that! At 11 AM February 17th my husband and my son approached to Carly and said that they need oil change and tire rotation for our Atlas ‘22 (bought in your dealership). They communicate with Carly that they are flexible with time that day, as our son will drive us. Carly answered that she will send a text message to my cell phone when the car is done. My husband and son remembered that she mumbled 4-5 days but they said that we are in the town today - so any time that day. My husband was actually thinking that she is joking, because - he said - who is leaving a car for a 5 days oil change??!! We arrived at dealership around 6 pm, after trying to reach them over the phone to check what is going on because we didn’t get any text. Carly was super not-friendly from the moment we arrived. I explained that we came to check what is going on with our Atlas, and she said it will be done in 4-5 days ( she couldn’t promise! ). My husband was very confused, and he told her that both of them clearly told her that we need our car back that night. But, her body language, her attitude and tone of her voice was unacceptable and honestly unbelievable for me - as a small business owner. There is no place for Carly in your service department welcome desk. She supposed to look for our records, where is very visible that we live in Quincy, IL. I told her that it doesn’t matter who is responsible for this miscommunication ( my son Luka Radovic and my husband Ilija Cucuk, or Carly) it’s totally not professional from her to accept the car on the first place, and then to dismiss us on that way because we as a customers expect clear communication and full transparency. And a bit of sympathy, too! Sorry for bringing this up, but not everyone can work on that job. After Covid, in our business, we also struggle with finding the right employees. It’s not the end of the world that we didn’t exchange the oil that day because it’s our responsibility to make an appointment and do it on time. But, in the last 4 years, you guys are trying to fix my screen issues - refusing to replace the screen/audio/phone connection - even though you realize that it’s a factory defect. I spent many hours in your waiting room - and still today no any improvement. We love to travel with Atlas, but try to imagine driving 6 or 8 hours without being able to listen music or see navigation on the screen. This latest “Carly episode” really added to our disappointment. Sincerely, Suzana Cucuk

    I just can not say enough about the service department . They are outstanding!!!! I came in with a nail in my tire. Bought a new tire at Dobbs and they could not change the tire, due to the locked lugs. No appointment, leaving on a trip the following morning. You service department did everything humanly possible and got me back on the road and ready for my trip in the morning. I am only going to buy my cars from Bommarito from now on And I am more than happy to tell everyone I know, that they should go there too, they will not be sorry!!!

    Worked with Jason he was great and made everything very easy! EDIT: After driving it home and looking over it I found some cosmetic damage to the car. I did ask Jason if there was any cosmetic damage like dents, curbed wheels, hail damage, scratches ect. and he said he looked around the vehicle and EVERYTHING looked good. I shouldn't have been so trusting but missing it is also my fault. Found a few hail dings on the roof and a couple on the hood, a deep scratch below the driver handle that stretches to the start of the rear left door and a portion of it is TERRIBLY covered with touch up paint. Because they did not disclose this damage I am knocking off 3 stars. If google would let me do a 2 1/2 star I would but because I cant I have to knock it down to 2
