  I worked with Rachael, I was unable to make the deal due to my covid car (purchased when the values were super high, so now I'm super upside down). Bommarito did there best to make it happen for me but I just couldn't make it happen. However I really enjoyed the experience with this team and when my time comes I will absolutely make my way back to Rachael and this team.

  We had a wonderful experience dealing with Tommy Toyota Morris. He did not pressure us and was there for all our questions/concerns. We would highly recommend him for your next vehicle need. Paul in the loan department was wonderful as well. He explained everything to us and answered all questions. Bommarito has a great bunch of employees! It was a pleasure doing business with them.

  Had an awesome experience working with Tim O’Connell! He was super polite, patient, and made the whole process so easy. Tim took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we got exactly what we needed. He also walked us through all the tech features in the car and made sure we understood how everything works. Really appreciate how helpful and genuine he was — highly recommend asking for Tim if you’re buying a car here!

  Thanking God first, Mr. Tommie Toyota and Bommarito Toyota Dealership for allowing me to be apart of the family.   My first clue should of been they never called me back for the price qoute . Then after calling them to get the price $460. I schedule the appointment a week from that day. Take off work because it has to be a weekday no one there on weekends can install an ABS speed sensor. Take my vehicle in and they tell me they have to wait til the sensor comes in the next day. I take it in they do the repair. After leaving turn right back around because ABS light is on again it still drive fine was regular breaks they have me pull the truck in. The mechanic who did the work is gone home another mechanic looks at it . While another guy runs out to get a speed sensor for my other wheel which I don't need. The new mechanic comes into the waiting room tells me theres dirt debris in the sensorc port hole and around mount assembly . And other mechanic didn't clean it first before installing new sensor So after their vain attempts... even an unnecessary speed sensor on another wheel , its 615 pm they close at 6pm . Now it drives dangerously worse and now when I first start it the ABS lights are not on my panel its trying to engage I drive and brakes vibrate and grinding noise it also makes a whining noise while im simply just driving . Then after a couple brake stops with grinding vibrating and whining noise ...the ABS light finally comes on my panel and regular brakes kick in. They made it worse . NOW I never get no return phone calls. And days later I get a text linking me to an invoice that says PREVIOUSLY REPLACED LR SENSOR and WIRE HARNESS REPLACED RT REAR SENSOR AND STILL PRESENT DUE TO ROTOR DEFORMITY OR DEBRIS. WILL COST YOU $1815.00 theres nothing to justify this or even what it needs obviously no one here knows what they are doing and this is more guess work or attempt to make me go away .
