He kept me informed throughout the process, answered every question promptly, and made sure everything stayed on track. His communication and professionalism made a long wait completely stress-free. Matt McManus stepped in during the final phase and handled the signing and vehicle protection process smoothly and efficiently. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was fully comfortable and confident with the final details.     We had a smooth and pleasant transaction with Mark at Bommarito Toyota yesterday. I went to test drive two cars in the afternoon; Mark was prepared with the keys (I'd called ahead) and was extremely chill. I did not feel pressured at all, and I was also impressed that he had no issues dealing with a woman (unfortunately I still run into this in 2026 occasionally). I found a car I liked and my husband went in to drive it later because we had opposite schedules that day. Mark did not send me 50 texts in the meantime like other dealers had done, luckily. My husband also liked him and found the purchasing process fairly smooth (with the typical attempts to get you to finance, etc., but hey, they've got to make a dime, too, right?). We'll likely need to buy another car in the next 2-3 years, and I would gladly give Mark my business again.

    I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent service experience with Toyota (2/12), specifically involving my interaction with Daniel (“Danny”). Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I brought my 2024 Toyota Tundra in due to an airbag malfunction shortly after purchasing it through Bommarito. Upon arrival, the first question I was asked was whether I had wrecked the truck and if that was the reason for the malfunction. I found this surprising and inappropriate, as I had come in seeking professional assistance, not assumptions about damage. When I dropped off the vehicle, Daniel stated he didn’t know how long the service would take but promised to call me promptly with an estimated timeline. I never received that call. I had to follow up myself about 1.5 hours later. This was frustrating and inconsiderate, especially given that I live an hour away and chose this location out of loyalty. When I finally reached the service desk, I was told they had just finished diagnosing the issue. Daniel suggested the problem was caused by something external and implied fault on my end due to a plastic piece found under the seat. I explained that the piece had only been placed there the day before and that the airbag warning had been occurring intermittently since December. While I was asking questions about the cause, Daniel cut me off and said, “I don’t know man, that’s just what we saw, but I have to go because I have another customer coming in.” I found this response rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. He later told me he would personally handle the Goodwill Coverage because he supposedly had more information than the service manager, and he suggested approval was likely since the job would make you guys more money. He asked me to wait until Wednesday (2/18) for an answer. When he followed up, all he said was that coverage had been denied and my truck was ready for pickup. Mind you, he didn’t even handle the coverage like he sis he was going to do. No effort was made to offer solutions or next steps. Overall, this interaction showed nothing but poor customer service and a lack of professionalism by Toyota and Daniel. I felt disrespected and misled as a young hispanic customer. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Thank you for your time and attention.

    I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Maserati yesterday evening . I got to the dealership pretty late , however Mike assisted me in my purchase and I did not feel rushed at all . He was able to secure me a great deal and was knowledgeable, answering questions that were very helpful for me as a female driver that doesn’t know much about cares . Also Mark , whom I signed my paperwork with , was amazing ! Not only did he answer my questions regarding payment information , insurance , warranties , etc ., but he gave me great advice on how to maintain my new vehicle , too ! All in all I had a great experience. I will definitely be recommending anyone I know that’s in the market for a new vehicle to this location . Thank you both ! i’m so happy with my new car

    I would first like to acknowledge my salesperson, Rachel Eiselle for her awesome customer service and professionalism. I had been eyeing my 2018 Lexus LS 500 for a few weeks prior and reached out to inquire on it. My initial contact was with Rachel and she saw to it that I be fully informed on all of my inquiries. After expressing my interest in the vehicle she assured me that she would make every effort to assist me in getting the best deal possible for both my trade and purchase. A day later she reached out to me and we negotiated exactly what she promised and on that same day I made the drive from Little Rock, Arkansas to Hazelwood (St. Louis) and my trip did not go in vain. She made it very convenient that I did not have to spend most of my day with the financing process and that we were consistent with the agreed negotiated price and assured that I received the fairest maximum for my trade. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would buy again from any of the Bommarito dealerships!
