    Mark is exactly why I dislike shopping for cars. I am a woman who did her research, knew exactly what I wanted, and got straight to the point. I made it clear from the beginning that I did not want to play the typical “song and dance” that often comes with car buying. Unfortunately, Mark was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though he did not want to negotiate or even engage seriously simply because I am a woman. This experience reinforced the sad reality that many salesmen still do not treat women with the same respect they give men. Women should never be made to feel beneath a salesperson or that their knowledge doesn’t matter. To make matters worse, this experience showed my young daughter firsthand why shopping for a car and dealing with a salesman can be such an awful experience. So, Thank you Mark! Once I left, I went to another dealership where a saleswoman showed both my daughter and me how shopping for a car can be enjoyable while also being an educational learning experience. The contrast was night and day. Do better. Women deserve respect.

    I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a new Toyota Grand Highlander, thanks to the exceptional team at the Bommarito Toyota dealership. From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle, the experience was top-tier. My salesperson, Emma, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She patiently answered all my questions, demonstrated a thorough understanding of the Grand Highlander's features, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just helpful guidance. The positive experience continued when dealing with the General Manager, Matt. He was professional, approachable, and ensured that the final steps of the purchase were smooth and transparent. His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident and greatly appreciated. Overall, the seamless coordination between Emma and Matt made buying my new SUV a joy. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine kindness are a testament to the dealership's excellent culture.     The staff in the service area took me 10 minutes before my appointment. The man at the check in desk had my information and was ready to start my job. He also suggested some service that was indicated for my car. That service was benficial because it greatly improved the operation of the engine. The waiting area had coffee and other items if one needed refreshments. The entire job took about two hours which is what I anticipated, so no surprises there. I have been to this location twice a year ever year for annual service on my 2014 Toyota Avalon. I have always been pleased with their service and plan to continue using that location for service.

    I will never go back for service there. They claimed to have done the service which they did not but they charged me. Secondly, the service department quoted me a certain price, which I agreed and signed. When time to pay, they added an additional amount of $130.00 without informing me. I asked why, he did this without informing me. He stated that his workers has to get paid. Very unfairly treated and mislead. I contacted the head person over the service department and explained everything in detail what had happened. He did his research, apologize to me for the mistreatment and refunded the difference and I was charged the price I originally signed off on. Which was $120.00. Along with the service they also charged me for windshield wipers which they didn't replace. When I brought it to his attention he stated they are replaced. I stated "you either replaced them with my old ones or some used ones. After that stated, they finally replaced them It's very sad and unfortunate that many of us have to experience this negative, unfairly, greed of money from others trying to manipulate or use us for their benefit. Please be very alert/attentive when dealing with them. I can't go back because I can't trust them anymore and next time may be worst. Good luck to you and I hope you make the right decision. Be careful what you sign, and whatever service you get, throughly check it before leaving.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Bommarito Toyota – Ask for Tim O’Connell We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Bommarito Toyota in Hazelwood, MO, working with Matt and Tim. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. We came in looking for a very specific Toyota Sequoia 1794 Edition—exact color and interior. As we were walking through the dealership, the New Car Manager, Matt McManus, greeted us and asked what brought us in. We explained how specific our requirements were and understood that Toyota doesn’t allow custom ordering like some manufacturers. Matt walked us through the process and said he would do his best to get us in line for an upcoming allocation. We left with modest expectations. To our surprise, within two hours of leaving, Matt called to let us know he had already located the exact vehicle at a dealership out of state. Before I even had a chance to call him back, he had already sent a driver to get it. Matt then handed us off to who he called his “best sales associate,” Tim. I’ll admit I was skeptical—like anyone who’s dealt with car dealerships—but that skepticism disappeared quickly. Within 48 hours, Tim had the exact top-of-the-line vehicle we wanted sitting on the lot. The entire experience was true red-carpet service from beginning to end. Tim communicated clearly, handled everything professionally, and made the process completely stress-free. Hands down, this was the best dealership and sales experience we’ve ever had. Tim is the friendliest and most dedicated salesman we’ve worked with, and it was a true pleasure doing business with him. If you’re buying a vehicle at Bommarito Toyota, do yourself a favor and ask for Tim O’Connell.
